Identify three technical strengths and three technical weaknesses of this video.
The music video remake I did back in june had a lot of weaknesses. For instance, the editing was not as good as the editing I did for my thriller in AS. The shots were long during the first verse of the song and also they did not vary.
Furthermore, our base track was not synched to the original song which made the remake very unprofessional.
Lastly, some of the actors was not as enthusiastic as they should have been.
Despite this, the video remake had its strengths. For instance, We managed to use two base tracks and we edited them and used them accordingly to the original song. Moreover the lighting in the video was great. We didn't have to use any color filter when editing. This was because we filmed in an open area and used natural lights.
Overall, I can see how this exercise will help me in A2. Planning and research will play a bigger part and also editing. I plan on editing longer this year than I did in AS for my thriller.
